Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once orders are processed after 24 hours, no refunds will be offered until after item’s arrival (refund subject to terms and conditions described below). If order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, full refund will be issued within 24 hours of your request in the original form of payment method.

30-Day Guarantee
If item is not as described, defective, or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of product arrival to arrange the return. We stand proudly behind our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us to initiate a return/refund for your order within 30 days of receipt.

Any item not in its original packaging or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for refund/return. Any item that is returned after 30 days of product arrival will also not be accepted.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Free promotional products

To initiate your return, please email us the order number via the contact form. Upon approval of your return, we will provide a return address for your item. Please do not return item to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your product is approved for a refund, then a credit will be issued to your credit card or the original method of payment. It may take up to 7-10 business days for funds to show on your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow some time before a refund is posted. If you do not see your refund amount after 7-10 business days of refund notice, please notify your payment provider. Use the contact us form to notify us after you have checked with your payment provider if they are unable to provide you information about the refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges will be issued for eligible items: defective, damaged, or not as described goods upon arrival. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt. Apparel will not be accepted if it is worn, washed, or altered in any way. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Free promotional and used health care/beauty products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Exchange is only available for the same product.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the purchase amount will be issued as a refund to the original payer in the original form of payment.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs for your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
